Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day that you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins when the final item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period at karya4biz@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days. Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the necessary instructions. Items returned without prior notification may take longer to process.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and condition.

Whenever possible, please return the artwork securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Original packaging is recommended but is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate solution.

Damages and incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible at karya4biz@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected by this policy.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized for the customer.

This exception does not apply to our standard art prints, including discounted standard prints.

Gift cards cannot be returned where an applicable statutory exception applies.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
